Baked Honey Dijon Salmon


Total Time: 20 min.
Prep Time: 8 min.
Cooking Time: 12 min.






Ingredients:
  • 8 teaspoons finely chopped pecans
  • 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 8 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • 16 ounces wild salmon fillet


  1. Preheat oven to 450* F
  2. Cover baking pan with foil.
  3. Combine pecans and parsley in a small bowl; set aside
  4. Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl; mix well
  5. Place salmon skin side down on prepared baking pan; season with pepper, spread mustard mixture on top of salmon; then spread pecan mixture over all.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
