Ingredients:
- 8 teaspoons finely chopped pecans
- 4 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 8 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 16 ounces wild salmon fillet
- Preheat oven to 450* F
- Cover baking pan with foil.
- Combine pecans and parsley in a small bowl; set aside
- Combine mustard and honey in a small bowl; mix well
- Place salmon skin side down on prepared baking pan; season with pepper, spread mustard mixture on top of salmon; then spread pecan mixture over all.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until salmon easily flakes with a fork.
